Remote Support – $75/hour
This service allows our technicians to temporarily access your computer via the Internet, enabling them to diagnose and frequently fix issues from the comfort of your home or office.
If you would like remote service, you will need to contact us to verify that a technician is available and to arrange payment.
Once our technician has checked your connection to ensure that remote services can be performed, you must make a payment prior to having remote PC services completed.
After that, click the “Support button” below to initiate a remote support session. Using an encrypted connection, we can remedy most issues in a timely and affordable manner.
On-Site Support – $125/hour
Are you in need of assistance but don’t want to leave your office or face the inconvenience of unplugging your computer? Rest assured, we are here to assist you! Our team will drive to your business to resolve any issues.
There is a 1-hour minimum charge for all on-site services. If the service takes longer than expected, we can return it to the shop, charge you a flat rate fee, and then drop it off at your place of business or residence.
